Clean Xpress grades
CLEAN HDPE is suitable to use in injection moulding of styrenic (co)polymers, PMMA, polyolefin or hard PVC or extrusion of hoses, pipes, cables or profiles based on polyolefin, PVC, styrenic (co)polymers, PMMA or rubberlike resins as well as colour or additives master batch based on polyolefin carrier.
CLEAN LDPE is suitable to use in injection moulding of or extrusion of hoses, pipes, cables or profiles based on polyolefin, ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer, soft PVC as well as colour or additives master barches containing polyolefin carrier and powder coating.
CLEAN PP is suitable to use in injection moulding of polyolefin or hard PVC or extrusion of hoses, pipes, cables, profiles or fibers based on polyolefin as well as colour or additives master batches based on polyolefin carrier.
CLEAN HP is suitable to use in injection moulding of or extrusion of hoses, pipes, cables or profiles based on polyolefin, ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer, soft PVC as well as colour or additives masterbatches containing polyolefin carrier and powder coating.
Clean VHT is one of the latest innovations coming from Polytechs Laboratory. This grade pushes back the limits of Clean Xpress purging compounds by reaching 320°C as maximum temperature while ensuring the most efficient cleaning efficiency in the market.
Single application grade
Clean HR is one of the latest innovations coming from Polytechs Laboratory. This is the second generation of hybrid purging compounds suitable for Hot Runners systems in Injection Molding.
Clean KDN is one of the latest innovations coming from Polytechs Laboratory.
CLEAN KDN 25 is a purging compound containing a high level of additives semi-abrasive minerals and organic additives based on HDPE.
The product in granular form opaque, beige, is used to reduce the cleaning time. This product runs smoothly and can itself be easily removed from the extruder. This product do not contain silica or oleamide.
Approved internally and by industry peers – from 2 to 8 shots only to purge & clean challenging color changes.
